Grassroots Aid Partnership: Hurricane Helene Relief

When disaster strikes, entire communities can be left without food, shelter, and basic necessities.

The Grassroots Aid Partnership (GAP) is a disaster relief nonprofit that not only responds in the chaos of a storm but continues supporting communities long after the winds die down. In the wake of Hurricane Helene, they are still on the ground, providing hot meals, supplies, and sustained care for families rebuilding their lives.

Their work proves that true compassion doesn’t end when the storm passes — it stays, rebuilds, and restores.

We chose to support Grassroots Aid Partnership because their long-term commitment to WNC long after Hurricane Helene reflects our mission to stand with people not just in moments of crisis, but through the entire journey of recovery.
