How do I know your donations are real?
We partner with DailyKarma, a trusted social impact platform that helps us ensure all donations are legitimate, trackable, and go directly to verified nonprofit partners. You can read more about their process on their website.
Why doesn’t the live tracker update right away?
Our donation tracker records every order instantly, but it may take 15–30 minutes for the total to display. This short delay just reflects system refresh time — rest assured, your contribution is always tracked right away.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Where do you ship from?
Our products ship from various fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery, depending on your location and product type.
How long does shipping take?
• Fulfillment (making your order): Usually 2–5 business days; 97% of orders ship within 5 days, and over half ship in 3 days or fewer.
• Shipping (getting it to you): After fulfillment — typically 3–8 business days for domestic delivery.
Refunds & Returns
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7 day refund window starting from the day your order is delivered. To qualify, the item must meet one of our refund criteria — like arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order shows up broken, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll offer a refund, credit, or replacement. Issues reported after 7 days may not qualify, so please reach out quickly. Review our refund policy by clicking here before starting the process.
Do you accept returns?
If an issue qualifies for a refund or replacement, we handle it digitally, no need to send anything back.

What if my package is lost or never delivered?
If your order is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery at checkout, you’re protected. Simply follow the instructions in your Worry-Free Delivery confirmation email to file a claim through their dedicated portal. They’ll handle it quickly and offer you a refund or replacement based on your coverage.
If you did not add Worry-Free Delivery and your package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we may be able to reship it at your expense.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because we use automated production through trusted third-party fulfillment partners, orders begin processing immediately and cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.
