Yes, the customizer works on both desktop and mobile. For a smoother and easier experience, we recommend using a desktop or larger screen when possible, as it may render and perform better there.

We recommend uploading a high-quality PNG with a transparent background — it’s the best option for logos, text-based designs, or graphics with clean edges. PNG keeps your design crisp and avoids unwanted background blocks.

We also accept:

• JPG – Good for full photos or artwork with no transparency. It can work for graphics, but it’s not ideal due to lower quality and background issues.

• SVG – Best for vector designs (like simple icons or text) that need to scale without losing quality.

• PDF – Acceptable for more complex vector files or multi-layered artwork.

If you’re unsure, PNG is usually your safest bet for the best results.

For the best results, upload a high-resolution file that’s at least 150 DPI, though 300 DPI is ideal.

Your design should be at least 3600x4800 pixels. If it looks blurry or pixelated in the customizer, it will print that way too. Avoid small or stretched images — they lower print quality.

As a general guide, most clear, high-quality images will be at least 1–3 MB in file size. If it’s under 1 MB, double-check the quality before uploading.

• Avoid placing design too close to the print boundary.

• Why? The print zone has set boundaries, and slight shifts during printing can happen.

• Anything too close to the edge of the print zone could get cut off. Keep your design centered with some breathing room for the cleanest result.

• Go for bold, solid colors — they pop the most.

• Light, faded, or pastel colors may look even lighter once printed.

• Blurry or pixelated images

• Low-quality screenshots or tiny files

• Shadowy, see-through, or semi-transparent elements

• Spelling mistakes — we create exactly what you submit
